Products
Works and objects are produced and sold by Michael Stickrod. Because many pieces are handmade, slight variations in wood grain, engraving, finish, color, and other details are normal and are not considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to represent the work as accurately as possible, but individual pieces may vary slightly.
Availability and made-to-order work
Items listed as in stock are generally ready to ship. Additional pieces may be made to order when indicated on the product page.
In-stock orders generally ship within 2 to 3 business days. Made-to-order pieces generally ship within 1 to 2 weeks.
If an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, I will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
Shipping
Shipping within the United States is provided as indicated at checkout.
International shipping is available by quote. Please contact me before purchasing if you require international delivery. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items should be returned in the condition in which they were received. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and damage.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected where required.
Order cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact me as soon as possible. An order that has already shipped cannot be cancelled and must instead be handled as a return.
For made-to-order work, cancellation may not be possible once fabrication has begun.
Intellectual property
All artwork, photographs, designs, text, and other material appearing on this website remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders. Purchasing an artwork or object does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

I make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information accurate. Errors may occasionally occur. If an error materially affects an order, I will contact you before proceeding.
